01.15.2023
Skagit Regional Health celebrated the Grand Opening of its newest medical office building located in Visconsi Companies’ Station Square development in Mount Vernon, Washington.
Skagit Regional Health serves northwest Washington’s Skagit, Island and north Snohomish counties through its network of thirty–four urgent care, acute care hospital, emergency and outpatient clinic locations. This new 30,000-square-foot, three-story state-of-the-art clinic will provide Lab, X-ray, Urgent Care and Family Medicine services.
“Station Square is a visible location that will provide patients with easy access and ample parking. The proximity to I-5 is excellent for Urgent Care, which will be open seven days a week,” said Skagit Regional Health Chief Executive Officer Brian Ivie. “We are also looking forward to being part of the vibrant downtown of Mount Vernon.”
This property is positioned at a prime Main Street District location, directly opposite the area’s major commuter transportation hub, Skagit Station.
Station Square is one of several Washington properties developed or in development by Ohio-based Visconsi Companies, Ltd., a multi-generation, family-owned developer, owner and manager of retail and healthcare properties across 22 states from South Carolina to Washington.
