Visconsi Companies and partners have closed on the $18.3 million acquisition of Buttermilk Towne Center in Crescent Springs, Kentucky, a suburb of Cincinnati, OH. Buttermilk Towne Center is a 278,000 sq ft center anchored by Remke, Ashley Furniture, LA Fitness and Home Depot. Opened in 2005, this center also has several outparcel opportunities.
