ALDI to Join Citizens Bank at Visconsi Development in Bainbridge Township, Ohio

Construction is soon to be underway for an ALDI supermarket at Visconsi Companies’ new development in Bainbridge Township, Ohio. The site is within the market’s rapidly expanding retail corridor, growth buoyed by average annual household incomes exceeding $190,000. ALDI currently operates more than 2,000 stores across 36 states with over 25,000 employees.

This store will be joining a recently opened Citizens Bank at this property. This new Citizens Bank is the third Visconsi has developed recently in the Northeast Ohio market.

Plans for an additional tenant at this development are underway.
