Visconsi Expands Citizens Bank Development Program

Visconsi Companies announces its newest Citizens Bank development projects in the Northeast Ohio region. Following 2020’s development of a new Citizens site in Willoughby, Ohio, Visconsi has broken ground on two locations – Cleveland’s Old Brooklyn community and rapidly growing Bainbridge Township, Ohio.

Citizens is one of the nation’s oldest and largest financial institutions with over $185 Billion in assets and over 1,000 branches in 11 states in the New England, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions.

The Cleveland site is designed for a second tenant. The Bainbridge Township location is proposed to include a national grocer on the adjacent 4.5 acres.
