Construction to begin on Presque Isle, ME KeyBank

Visconsi Companies announced today that it has closed on the land purchase for a new KeyBank in Presque Isle, Maine. This building will be a non-prototype two-story branch with KeyBank offices on the second floor. In addition to the branch, Visconsi Companies will have an out parcel for sale or ground lease adjacent to the branch. Construction is scheduled to begin May 1.
