Visconsi Cos. Sells Walgreens in Salmon Creek, Washington

Visconsi Companies has announced today that it sold one of Walgreens’ newest locations in Salmon Creek, Washington located at the corner of NE 139th Street and NE 20th Avenue. Salmon Creek is a suburb located North of Vancouver, Washington. Visconsi Companies has been a preferred developer for Walgreens, the nation’s largest drug store chain, since 1994, having developed over 80 stores in that time.
