Visconsi Companies above 96% occupancy for Q1

Visconsi Companies announced today that it concluded the first quarter of 2012 with an occupancy rate of 96.1% for its 2,000,000 sq ft portfolio of shopping centers. This places the company 7% higher than the national average for comparable class properties.
