Visconsi completes shopping center redevelopment and signs major new tenant

Marc’s, an operator of over 60 grocery stores in Ohio, has signed a lease for a 45,000 sq ft store in the newly redeveloped and rebranded Brecksville Town Center in Brecksville, Ohio. Visconsi Realty Advisors represented the property owner in this transaction. Visconsi Construction Services managed the redevelopment of this 105,000 sq ft neighborhood shopping center.
