Visconsi Cos. Acquires Land in Salmon Creek, Washington

Visconsi Companies has announced today that it has closed on the land purchase for a new Walgreens development in Salmon Creek, Washington located at the corner of NE 139th Street and NE 20th Avenue. Salmon Creek is a suburb located North of Vancouver, Washington. This location is scheduled to open in late 2015. Visconsi Companies has been a preferred developer for Walgreens, the nation’s largest drug store chain, since 1994.
