Visconsi Companies announced today that Walgreens has opened its newest location, at Wintergreen Walk in Bainbridge Island, Washington, a unique specialty retail/mixed-use development in one of America’s choicest communities. Located 35 minutes by ferry from Seattle, Bainbridge Island is the picturesque home to over 23,000 residents. Visconsi Companies has been a preferred developer for Walgreens, the nation’s largest drug store chain, since 1994, having developed over 80 stores in that time.
