Groundbreaking ceremonies kicked off Visconsi Companies’ latest retail development, Station Square, located in Mount Vernon, Washington, the seat of Skagit County. This development is positioned at a prime downtown location, directly opposite the area’s major commuter transportation hub, Skagit Station, serving Amtrak, Greyhound, Skagit Transit, Whatcom Transportation Authority and Island Transit.

Station Square will include 5 parcels ranging from 18,429 sf to 44,126 sf, encompassing 4 acres in Mount Vernon’s Main Street District. The location is highlighted by freeway visibility (77,060 CPD) and adjacency to a major Interstate 5 interchange.

Visconsi has executed leases and is in negotiations with several interested parties for this site. The center is expected to open in the spring of 2020.
